The elephants at the Little Rock Zoo are interesting. There are three females - all circus rescues, all Asian elephants, and all considered geriatric (mid-40s to mid-60s). The staff specializes in elderly female elephants, and there are many accommodations made for their care and comfort. They are majestic animals, for sure.
